SUBJECT: SMOKE FREE POLICY
The office has received several complaints regarding smoking in the units.
As you are aware, in accordance with HUDregulations, Peekskill Housing Authority has adopted a Smoke Free Policy.
Smoking is NOT permitted IN YOUR UNIT, ON YOUR FRONT STEPS OR BEHIND THE BUILDING. You must smoke 25 feet away from the building or in the designated smoking areas.
Peekskill Housing Authority will pursue the eviction of anyone in violation of the Smoke Free Policy.
