As we continue to implement precautionary measures to minimize the spread of the coronavirus while
continuing to support our clients, this month's Board Meeting will be conducted via zoom. Since this is a new
format for us, we would like to lay out some ground rules to help things run smoothly.
1) All participants other than the board members and staff members will be muted at the beginning of the
meeting.
2) When you dial in to the call, be sure to record your name or we won't be able to call you when it comes
time for comments from the public.
3) When comments from the public are requested, you should click on the Q & A at the bottom of your
screen and type in your comment.
4) When comments from the public are requested, individuals will be given two minutes to speak.
5) If the Board Meeting goes into a closed session, all callers other than the participants in the closed
session will be disconnected.
As required by law, this meeting will be recorded.
