All pipe replacement is complete. Maintenance will follow-up to close open – abandoned pipes and repair any holes
Conversion is near completion; basically what is left are orifices that will all be replaced with new (these are the “screws” tenants said were left behind). The replacement has begun and COULD be complete by Tuesday. After orifices are replaced another pressure test will be conducted, when there has been no pressure in the system and pressure is restored; new leaks are often detected. If a leak is detected, every stove in the building will be inspected to locate and repair. So far, leaks have required a replacement part.
All tanks are in place except one. Not all have gas turned on.
