The Peekskill Housing Authority's monthly Board Meetings will be conducted via zoom conference call every 3rd Thursday of the month until further notice. Since this is a new format for us, we would like to lay out some ground rules to help things run smoothly.- All participants other than the board members and staff members will be muted at the beginning of the meeting.
- When you dial into the call, be sure to record your name, or we won't be able to call you when it comes time for comments from the public.
- When comments from the public are requested, you should click on the Q & A at the bottom of your screen and type in your comment.
When comments from the public are requested, individuals will be given two minutes to speak.- If the Board Meeting goes into a closed session, all callers other than the participants in the closed session will be disconnected.
As required by law, this meeting will be recorded.
